We ship from our central warehouse in Piastów (Poland). Coverage: the whole EU, and worldwide on request.

Own logistics centre — control from storage through to final packing.

Baltic states: from 2 business days.

EU: up to 7 business days via European carriers.

Worldwide: individual quote (air or road).

Courier, post, or collection by appointment.

Cost depends on method, weight and destination — details in the quote.

Standard dispatch 1–3 business days after confirmation or payment; made to order up to 7 business days. Tracking after dispatch.

Returns within 14 calendar days of receipt: unused and in the original packing. You choose a refund or an exchange. Send the item by post or courier to Alumineu Sp. Z o.o., ul. Wincentego Witosa 34, 05-819 Piastów, marked "ZWROT". Return shipping is paid by the customer; there are no other fees. Refund within 14 days of receiving and checking the return, to the original payment method. Items made or cut to order are excluded unless defective.

Complaints: email or phone; photos of the product and packing speed this up (within 14 business days). For defective items we pay the shipping and replace or refund the item.
