Description
Aluminium ceiling profile INVISIA X208 created for stretch ceilings with a harpoon fastening system for PVC membranes. The model is based on wall profile INVISIA X201 but is fixed to the structural ceiling through an integrated aluminium load-bearing beam.
The profile uses direct harpoon insertion. A 5 mm shadow gap remains between the ceiling and the wall. The sloped deflector edge and matt black coating conceal the harpoon and the inside of the profile without a decorative insert.
The load-bearing beam increases structural rigidity, joins sections and reinforces inside and outside corners. The harpoon groove is compatible with INVISIA X201, so wall and ceiling fixing can be combined on one project without changing the junction appearance.

What's in the box
The profile is supplied in 2 m lengths, with no extra components.
Installation
Fix the profile to the structural ceiling. The load-bearing beam joins sections and reinforces inside and outside corners.
Insert the harpoon with standard installation spatulas. The membrane can be removed without damage.
