Description

The LIGHTRA X030 S aluminium dividing profile creates 30 mm light lines in stretch ceilings with a harpoon fastening system for PVC membranes. Its reduced installation height preserves more room height. The profile suits straight lines and closed outlines.

For lighting, install an LED strip inside the profile's lighting chamber. An INSERTA Y030, DIFFUSY Y130 or DIFFUSY Y130 B diffuser closes the chamber, conceals the LEDs and produces even illumination. The aluminium body dissipates heat from the strip.

Corner harpoon grooves secure the membrane on both sides of the lighting chamber. The reduced body height is matched by ready-made welded LIGHTRA NX030 S corners for turns and intersections.

What's in the box

The profile is supplied in 2 m lengths, with no extra components.

Installation

Fix the profile to the structural ceiling with ANGLOVA Y401 mounting brackets. Drive the screws along the markings on the upper wall of the body.

Joint pins and a BANDURA X801 joining band connect straight X030 S sections. Use ready-made welded LIGHTRA NX030 S corners for turns and intersections, matching the reduced profile height.

Insert the PVC membrane harpoon into the corner grooves on both sides of the lighting chamber.

Adhere the LED strip to the shelf inside the body. Close the lighting chamber with an INSERTA Y030, DIFFUSY Y130 or DIFFUSY Y130 B diffuser. To replace the strip, remove the diffuser while the stretch membrane stays in place.
