Description

Aluminium profile STRATOS X701 for multi-level stretch ceilings with a harpoon fastening system for PVC membranes. The transition between levels is 62 mm high. This model has no lighting.

The corner groove holds the membrane harpoon. Decorative insert INSERTA Y008 closes the groove after installation. The reinforced deflector increases profile rigidity and helps maintain the shape of the transition. The profile bends to a radius from 120 mm.

STRATOS X701 can be combined with shadow gap profile INVISIA X202 in one structure. Ready-made welded corner STRATOS NX701 is available for an inside radius corner.

What's in the box

The profile is supplied in 2 m lengths, with no extra components.

Installation

Fix the profile to the structural ceiling with mounting brackets ANGLOVA Y401. Join sections with mounting profile BANDURA X801. Guide the harpoon into the corner groove and close it with decorative insert INSERTA Y008.

Allow for the profile position when cutting the membrane. If the structure has straight inside corners, adjust the membrane cutting pattern. The membrane can be removed without damage.
