Description
Aluminium ceiling profile INVISIA X206 for stretch ceilings with a harpoon fastening system for PVC membranes. The integrated aluminium load-bearing beam increases structural rigidity. The profile is fixed to the structural ceiling where wall mounting is impossible or undesirable.
Reverse harpoon insertion conceals the membrane fastening. A 7.7 mm shadow gap remains between the ceiling and the wall without a decorative insert. The receiving chamber geometry and matt black coating conceal the harpoon and the inside of the profile.
The load-bearing beam joins sections rigidly and reinforces inside and outside corners. The harpoon groove is compatible with wall profile INVISIA X205, so the fixing method can change between sections without altering the junction appearance. This is useful near porcelain stoneware, mirrors, glass panels and concealed wiring.

What's in the box
The profile is supplied in 2 m lengths, with no extra components.
Installation
Fix the profile to the structural ceiling. The load-bearing beam joins sections and reinforces inside and outside corners.
To remove the membrane, insert a spatula between the harpoon and the profile catch. Heat the harpoon, press the membrane and move the spatula along the profile. The membrane remains undamaged and can be reused.
