Description

The aluminium wall profile INVISIA X205 is intended for stretch ceilings with a harpoon fastening system for PVC membranes. Reverse insertion fully conceals the membrane fastening. A 7.7 mm shadow gap remains between the ceiling and the wall without a decorative insert.

The geometry of the receiving chamber, the increased insertion angle and the matt black coating conceal the harpoon and the inside of the profile. The reinforced body keeps the junction line straight, while the joining groove helps align sections along long runs.

The harpoon groove is compatible with ceiling profile INVISIA X206. On ordinary sections the membrane is fixed to the wall profile. Where the wall is inaccessible or cannot be used for fixing, the ceiling profile maintains the same gap appearance.

What's in the box

The profile is supplied in 2 m lengths, with no extra components.

Installation

Use adhesive to mount the profile on porcelain stoneware, mirrors and other fragile surfaces.

Join straight sections with ∅2 mm pins. Make inside and outside corners by precise cross-cutting. Use jig STABILE Y905 for sawing. For an inside 90° corner, ready-made welded corner INVISIA NX205 can be used.

Insert the harpoon with installation spatula SPATULA Y801.

For removal, insert a spatula between the harpoon and the profile catch. Heat the harpoon, press the membrane and move the spatula along the profile. The membrane remains undamaged and can be reused.
