Description

The LIGHTRA X030 aluminium dividing profile creates 30 mm light lines in stretch ceilings with a harpoon fastening system for PVC membranes. The profile can be used to build straight and curved lines, closed outlines and wall-to-wall lighting compositions.

For lighting, install an LED strip inside the profile's lighting chamber. An INSERTA Y030, DIFFUSY Y130 or DIFFUSY Y130 B diffuser closes the chamber, conceals the LEDs and produces even illumination. The aluminium body dissipates heat from the strip.

Corner harpoon grooves securely hold the membrane on both sides of the lighting chamber. High rigidity at a low weight helps the profile retain the precise shape of straight, curved and closed structures.

What's in the box

The profile is supplied in 2 m lengths, with no extra components.

Installation

Fix the profile to the structural ceiling with ANGLOVA Y401 mounting brackets. Drive the screws along the markings on the upper wall of the body.

Extend straight sections with a BANDURA X801 joining band and joint pins. Assemble turns and intersections from ready-made welded LIGHTRA NX030 corners.

Insert the PVC membrane harpoon into the corner grooves on both sides of the lighting chamber.

Adhere the LED strip to the shelf inside the body. Close the lighting chamber with an INSERTA Y030, DIFFUSY Y130 or DIFFUSY Y130 B diffuser. To replace the strip, remove the diffuser while the stretch membrane stays in place.
