Description

Aluminium profile STRATOS X703 for stretch ceilings with a harpoon fastening system for PVC membranes. It is used for structures and niches, and a 32 mm membrane fold creates a curtain niche with lighting through the membrane. The light output width is 29 mm.

The profile can be installed with a 4 mm or 32 mm membrane fold, or without a fold. The choice depends on the junction structure and the required lighting method. The model is suitable for weak load-bearing surfaces and areas where wall fixing is impossible.

STRATOS X703 bends to a radius from 120 mm and can be combined with shadow gap profile INVISIA X205 in one structure.

What's in the box

The profile is supplied in 2 m lengths, with no extra components.

Installation

Fix the profile with mounting brackets ANGLOVA Y401 and join sections with mounting profile BANDURA X801. Installation in two rows is possible.

With a 4 mm membrane fold, place a 2 × 15 mm reinforcement band behind the membrane for the transition to the wall profile. In this version, the LED strip can be replaced without removing the membrane. With a 32 mm fold, use the profile as a curtain niche with lighting through the membrane.

For a floating concealed niche, install the profile around the room perimeter 10–15 cm from the wall and apply the LED strip to the vertical profile wall. Do not use coloured membranes or matte textures with lighting.
