Description
The aluminium ceiling profile INVISIA X209 is intended for stretch ceilings with a harpoon fastening system for PVC membranes. The integrated load-bearing beam reinforces structures around stairwells, skylights and height changes. The profile is fixed to the structural ceiling where wall mounting is impossible.
A 7.7 mm shadow gap remains between the stretched membrane and the building structure. The load-bearing beam joins sections rigidly and reinforces inside and outside corners.
The profile shelf holds two plasterboard sheets for subsequent finishing. Scoring on its surface improves the adhesion of plaster and filler. The harpoon groove is compatible with wall profile INVISIA X205, so both models can be used in one project.

What's in the box
The profile is supplied in 2 m lengths, with no extra components.
Installation
Fix the profile to the structural ceiling. The load-bearing beam joins sections and reinforces inside and outside corners.
Install two plasterboard sheets on the shelf and apply the subsequent finish. The membrane can be removed without damage.
