Description

The LIGHTRA X015 aluminium dividing profile creates 15 mm light lines in stretch ceilings with a harpoon fastening system for PVC membranes. The narrow line separates membrane sections and suits straight and curved layouts.

For lighting, install an LED strip inside the profile's lighting chamber. An INSERTA Y015 or DIFFUSY Y114 diffuser closes the chamber, conceals the LEDs and produces even illumination. The aluminium body dissipates heat from the strip.

Corner harpoon grooves secure the membrane on both sides of the lighting chamber. LIGHTRA X015 can also form the base of a curtain niche. In this configuration, the single-track CURTINA X407 curtain rail sits inside the niche flush with the membrane.

What's in the box

The profile is supplied in 2 m lengths, with no extra components.

Installation

Fix the profile to the structural ceiling with ANGLOVA Y401 mounting brackets. Drive the screws along the markings on the upper wall of the body.

Use a BANDURA X801 joining band and joint pins to extend straight sections. Ready-made welded LIGHTRA NX015 corners form turns and intersections.

Insert the PVC membrane harpoon into the corner grooves on both sides of the lighting chamber.

Adhere the LED strip to the shelf inside the body. Close the lighting chamber with an INSERTA Y015 or DIFFUSY Y114 diffuser. To replace the strip, remove the diffuser while the stretch membrane stays in place.
