CONTURA creates an illuminated contour along a wall or around a separate ceiling zone. Unlike LIGHTRA, the line follows an edge rather than crossing the ceiling surface.

Contour lighting can define the ceiling boundary, distinguish a functional zone or emphasise a change in its shape. The profile participates in both membrane fixing and the lighting assembly, so it must be selected as part of the complete detail.

The CONTURA series includes model X601. Its exact section, membrane fixing and kit contents are listed on the product page. The profile is made from EN AW-6063 T5 aluminium.

CONTURA does not replace CLASSIX for a closed, unlit wall finish or INVISIA for a shadow gap without mandatory lighting. LIGHTRA creates a light line within the ceiling surface rather than around its edge. The differences are explained in Light line or LED shadow gap.
