STRATOS vs UNITEXA – two levels: harpoon vs clip

STRATOS and UNITEXA join two stretch-ceiling levels but are designed for different membranes and fixing methods.

STRATOS works with PVC membrane and harpoon. UNITEXA is designed for polyester fabric retained by clips without a harpoon. Choose the series by ceiling system, not by similar profile appearance.

Then compare specific models by section, step height, corners and additional functions. The transition drawing and kit are listed on the product pages. Do not mix harpoon and clip junction details.

Both series use EN AW-6063 T5 aluminium. The transition is explained in Two-level stretch ceilings.

Frequently asked questions

Can STRATOS and UNITEXA be mixed in one transition? Only if the design and product pages explicitly support it. Normally one fixing system is selected.

Is one series universally better? No. Membrane material, fixing and the geometry of the transition determine the choice.
